If you want to find a solution, you need to understand the problem well.

If you can't find solutions, it's because you don't understand the problem well enough.
If you don't have answers, it's because you don't understand the question well enough.
Think about it calmly for a moment and you'll see. The best ideas, solutions, answers are inherent in the problem, in the question.

Not in the dimension where the problem is born, but in the dimension where you fully understand it. At that same moment of understanding, the solution appears. That aha moment, that surprise "oh my, why didn't I think of that sooner?"
When you face a difficult problem and are pressed to find a solution, it is likely that as you try to examine alternative solutions, the confusion grows. Try to think about the problem over and over again, not the possible solution. Put it into words, say it, write it down, rewrite it, then rewrite againt. You will see that it changes, that it slips away, that it blurs and unblurs. Work on it to clear it up. The problem, not the possible solution.
Then let it "rest" for a while like dough. Most likely, in a little while, it will come to you paired with a nice solution. Like a loving couple, problem and solution exist together. And then you will say "well, how come I haven't noticed you in so long?"
